Registration

1. All enrolments will only be acknowledged upon receipt of a signed registration form.
2. Each Registration Form must be faxed to us no later than 14 workings days before the course commencement.
3. Course Fees must be paid 10-days before the start of the course otherwise your place may be reassigned to another participant. Alternatively, if your organization has an account with Wilderness Empowerment Sdn Bhd. a purchase order may be accepted 5-days prior to the course commencement to secure your place. Payment will be accepted by company cheque or direct transfer. All fees shown are per person.
4. Trainees are responsible in ensuring that they meet the course pre-requisites. Wilderness Empowerment will not be liable for any difficulties encountered in the course of training if pre-requisites are not met.
5. All course deferment, postponement or cancellations are subject to our General Terms and Conditions on Deferment and Cancellation policies.
6. By signing this registration form, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
7. All cheque payment should be made payable to WILDERNESS EMPOWERMENT SDN BHD.
8. Wilderness Empowerment Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule the course without prior notice due to class size or unforeseen circumstances.

Course fee

The fees published in the course schedules are fees per participant. They include the cost of a complete set of training material. These fees do not include tax. Tax will be added to the course fees where applicable. In the case of an incorrect fee due to printing error, the correct fee will prevail. Course fees are subject to change without prior notice. For details on the course fees, please refer to Course Schedules.

Fees Includes Lunch, morning and afternoon tea, and all course materials.

Cancellations and Deferment Policies

• Written cancellations will be accepted when received ten business days or more prior to the commencement of the course and a full refund provided.
• Cancellations of a course reservation requested nine business days prior to the commencement date of a course will incur a fee of 100% of the course price.
• Deferments of a course reservation requested within five to ten business days prior to course commencement will incur a fee of MYR 250 admin charges.
• Any substitutions or alternate/replacement participant for the course can be substituted when written notice is received six business days or more prior to course commencement with additional charge.
• Any substitutions or alternate/replacement participant requested within two to four business days prior to course commencement will incur a fee of MYR 250 admin charges.
• Refunds or replacements will not be possible for any participant who fails to attend the course.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of participants attending any given course. The reason for limiting class sizes and participants representing any one organization is due to the imbalance that can occur within the class.

Cancellation and Deferment Summary

Important:


If a course is withdrawn from the schedule, no claims for compensation will be accepted other than the refund of the course fee. If for any reason whatsoever, a class is cancelled, the participant‘s sole remedy shall be a refund of the course fees paid. Under no circumstances shall Wilderness Empowerment be liable for any direct or indirect consequential or special damages as a result of the class cancellation.



Wilderness Empowerment shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its training materials nor shall Wilderness Empowerment be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its training materials or other information conveyed at any Wilderness Empowerment course.

Standard Course

1. Course will proceed when the requisite minimum number of participant have signed up.
2. Course status notification will be sent to participants five (5) business days before the start of the course.
3. Email confirmation will be sent to the participant or the Coordinator in the registration form.
4. It is not advisable for participants to confirm flight bookings till they receive a course confirmation from Wilderness Empowerment.

Times

Unless otherwise stated, Courses commence at 9.00 am and finish at 5.00 pm.

Courseware

Courseware distribution is from 8.30 am to 9.00 on the first day.  You will receive your name badge from Reception giving access to the Course room, plus your work materials.

Other Useful Information

Course Pre-requisites


Participants are required to read the curriculum path carefully to ensure that they have the necessary pre-requisites to attend a course. Failure to do so can cause inconvenience to the class and the participant may be asked to leave the course with no refund accorded. Wilderness Empowerment trainer is not obligated to conduct a separate class for a participant who does not meet the minimum pre-requisites.

Wilderness Empowerment Sdn Bhd reserves the right however to vary course dates or course presenters or to cancel courses without prejudice if circumstances so warrant. In such a situation participants would be informed of the change prior to the course and would be entitled to cancel if they so chose without penalty.
